AF is a 49 years old Asian male with receding hair from front toward the crown with good donor hair. He underwent hair transplantation with FUT, 2900 grafts ( 1-hair=455 grafts, 2-hairs= 1650 grafts, 3-hairs =795 grafts) a grand total of 6036 hairs were transplanted. Luckily the transplanted hairs did not shed and continue to grow. Below are his B/A 5 months after surgery. He is on Finasteride and 5% Minoxidil lotion.

RA is a 38 years old Asian male who has extensive hair loss from the front to the crown .He has coarse and wavy hair . He underwent 2 sessions of hair transplantation .The first session was 4,334 grafts by FUT 1 hair –graft = 419 grafts , 2 hairs-graft =2619, 3 hairs-graft= 746 ,4 hairs-graft = 550 [ total of 10,095 hairs]. A second session two years later yielded 4,030 grafts by FUT 1 hair –graft = 430 grafts , 2 hairs-graft =2,698, 3 hairs-graft= 902 [ total of 8532 hairs]. Total number of grafts for two sessions is 8,364 grafts or 18,627 hairs. Below are his before and after pictures 1 year and 1 month after the second session with good result.

33 years old Asian male who has receding hair line and diffused hair loss from front to the top, underwent hair transplantation to restore the frontal hair line. A total of 1,783 grafts ( 1-hair= 464 grafts, 2-hairs graft- 762 , 3-hairs graft= 557 ), 3,659 hairs were transplanted.

Below are his before and 10 months after with good result. He was on finasteride and minoxidil tablet post op with good response.

HT is 33 years old white male who has receding fronto temporal hair line and thinning hair from front to the crown with good donor hair. He underwent FUT hair transplantation 3,448 grafts , 1-hair=355 grafts, 2-hairs =1,966 grafts, 3-hairs=612 grafts, 4-5 hairs = 515 grafts (8,441 hairs) started from the front to the top with good result.. Below are his pre op and 2 years 11 months post op. He plans to do more session to add more density at the later date.

V. G. , 40 year old male, with a diagnosis of Androgenetic Alopecia Norwood IV with thinning forelock; He had hair transplantation – 3662 grafts (7873 hairs), 1-hair 449, 2-hairs graft 2215, 3-hairs graft 998; Grafts were placed over the front and crown with a conservative hairline . No untoward complications were noted during and after surgery. Patient had good results and is very happy and would like to come back to add on density later.

AC is 26 years old male with diffuse thinning hair from the front toward the crown. He underwent FUT at other country (2400 grafts) with poor growth and wide donor scar. He underwent FUT at my clinic 5 years later 2852 grafts harvested as follow: 1- hair graft = 595 grafts , 2-hairs graft = 1947 grafts, 3-hairs graft= 310 grafts (5419 hairs) with good result 9 months after surgery. AAK is a 49 years old male (ME) who has receding hair line to mid scalp and balding at crown . He still has moderate hair at bridge across the scalp as in Norwood V. His hairs are coarse, wavy with density 70%. He has good laxity of scalp. The balding at front measured 74 cm2, crown= 36 cm2. He underwent hair transplantation 3375 grafts, 1-hair=401 grafts, 2-hairs=2360 grafts, 3-hairs=614 grafts (6963 hairs). Below are his before and 19 months after surgery. Front=2555 grafts, crown=820 grafts. He is planning to return to add density in the next few years.

A 40 years old white male Norwood class VI, with extensive hair loss from front toward the crown. The total balding area measured 220 cm2.Surgery is planning for the front to mid scalp, the area measured = 111 cm2. He underwent FUT with 3,251 grafts consisting 1-hair=442 grafts, 2-hair=2,033 grafts, 3-hair=776 grafts (6,836 hairs). The post-operative photos were taken at 9 months after the surgery. He is very pleased with the result and would like to proceed with more session at crown. Below are B/A. He refused to take any medication for hair loss.

This is a 37 years old Asian male who has receding hair line from front toward the crown in V shape with remnant of forelock. The hairs are straight, coarse, density 72 FUG/cm2, the balding area measured 100 cm2. He underwent FUT a total of 3,150 grafts ( 1-hair graft= 738 , 2-hairs graft= 1,815, 3- hairs graft= 597) 6159 hairs were transplanted.
