FUE/ 1,442 Grafts/ 18 Months after surgery with good result.
A 31-year old white male, who has receding hair line with good donor hair and wanted FUE only. He underwent FUE ( SAFE SYSTEM) 0.9 mm and 1.0 mm punch, a total of
1,442 grafts/3,329 hairs (1-hair=233 grafts, 2-hairs=612 grafts,3-hairs=516 grafts, 4-hairs graft= 81 grafts) were extracted . Below are his before and 18 months after surgery with good result.

RA is a 38 years old Asian male who has extensive hair loss from the front to the crown .He has coarse and wavy hair . He underwent 2 sessions of hair transplantation .The first session was 4,334 grafts by FUT 1 hair –graft = 419 grafts , 2 hairs-graft =2619, 3 hairs-graft= 746 ,4 hairs-graft = 550 [ total of 10,095 hairs]. A second session two years later yielded 4,030 grafts by FUT 1 hair –graft = 430 grafts , 2 hairs-graft =2,698, 3 hairs-graft= 902 [ total of 8532 hairs]. 33 years old Asian male who has receding hair line and diffused hair loss from front to the top, underwent hair transplantation to restore the frontal hair line. A total of 1,783 grafts ( 1-hair= 464 grafts, 2-hairs graft- 762 , 3-hairs graft= 557 ), 3,659 hairs were transplanted.

V. G. , 40 year old male, with a diagnosis of Androgenetic Alopecia Norwood IV with thinning forelock; He had hair transplantation – 3662 grafts (7873 hairs), 1-hair 449, 2-hairs graft 2215, 3-hairs graft 998; Grafts were placed over the front and crown with a conservative hairline . No untoward complications were noted during and after surgery. Patient had good results and is very happy and would like to come back to add on density later.

A 32-years old caucasian female born with a high hair line and wanted to narrow her forehead by doing hair restoration. The total recipient area was measured 53 cm2 at the front.
The ultra refined follicular unit hair transplantation was done with FUT and trichophytic closure.
The detail of the hair transplantation is as follows:
Frontal area: 1 hair:=548 grafts, 2 hairs:= 1,611 grafts, 3 hairs:= 454 grafts, 4 hairs:= 32 grafts
A total of 2,645 grafts consisting of 5,260 hairs.

He underwent FUT about 1500 grafts from other clinic and wanted only FUE to add on the density since he keeps the hair short and doesn’t want to see the FUT scar. He had 2 FUE sessions at my clinic (FUE-I : 1hair = 359 grafts ,2hairs = 801 grafts, 3hairs = 683 grafts Total 1,843 grafts = 4,010 hairs, FUE-II : 1hair = 216 grafts, 2hairs = 572 grafts, 3hairs = 386 grafts, 4hairs = 56 grafts Total 1,230 grafts = 2,742 hairs ) confined to the front and top one and a half year apart.
