61 years old white male who has receding hair line and thinning at crown, wanted to have only crown restored since it bother him. The thinning area at crown measured 82 cm2, donor hair looked good. He underwent FUT in which 2824 grafts were transplanted: 1-hair graft=267, 2-hairs graft=1664, 3-hairs graft=755, 4 hairs-graft=138 average 6481 hair. Below are his before and after at 11 months post op with good result and minimal donor scar. He is not on any medication for hair loss.
