This is a 37 years old Asian male who has receding hair line from front toward the crown in V shape with remnant of forelock. The hairs are straight, coarse, density 72 FUG/cm2, the balding area measured 100 cm2. He underwent FUT a total of 3,150 grafts ( 1-hair graft= 738 , 2-hairs graft= 1,815, 3- hairs graft= 597) 6159 hairs were transplanted. Below are his pre and post op pics one year after the procedure.He is planning to return to add more density at crown and top in the next few years.
