39 years old Asian male who has extensive hair loss from the front toward the back with dense miniaturized hair at front and top,the donor hairs were average with density 70 grafts/cm2. He underwent hair transplantation on May 23,12, 3094 grafts were transplanted (361 one-hair graft,2234 two-hairs graft,290 three-hairs graft,209 four-hairs graft, a grand total of 6535 hairs.
